The Foundation is thrilled to have made a grant of £2,000 to Shipston Home Nursing. The grant will help fund the Night Nurse Service, a vital part of the Hospice at Home Service, which ensures that patients receive expert palliative support during the night when families are often at their most vulnerable and isolated.
Demand for this service remains high and families often describe night sits as a “life saver”.
